Searing the beef on the salt stone

Rare salt stone seared organic beef skirt steak
gherkins, horseradish infused sour cream, trio of potato, spicy paprika sauce

Napoleon of Double Gloucester cheese and Autumn fruits
fresh clementine, Sicilian pistachio sable biscuit
