  1. need to ask, what is the round thing there used as a garnish, it is quiet interesting

    1. Hello,
      The round garnish is a potato spiral made by turning a peeled potato on a spiral mandolin and wrapping it around a tube (metal ring in this case), and deep frying in medium hot oil until nice and golden.
